Bin Liner Skeletons

Cathy Layton

This Halloween activity fits in nicely with the Year 3 Objective: Identify that humans and some other animals have skeletons and muscles for support, protection and movement. It’s also a great one for developing observational skills.

At the end of the activity the children will be able to represent an accurate human skeleton in a model and identify particular bones that protect organs within the body e.g. ribs, skull. They will also be able to accurately fill out the empty outline with a skeleton they have drawn.
