Help! How do I teach Sustainability ? June 12th

The Policy paper -Sustainability and climate change: a strategy for the education and children’s services systems published in April 22 states that:

“Children and young people are worried about climate change and want to know more about the impact it is having now and how it will impact their future lives”

This course aims to start unpicking the paper to show how the science curriculum is an excellent place to start these discussions and look at some activities and strategies that we could use to equip and prepare the young people we teach to understand “ the importance of nature, sustainability and the causes and impact of climate change and to translate this knowledge into positive action and solutions”
